High School Prep
This four-week summer course plus two additional sessions in September and October will focus on preparing yourself, mentally and emotionally, for your first year in high school. We will dive into tools to balance self care, social, and school life and work. Some topics will include: How to pace out homework without feeling too stressed and be motivated to do it, how to express yourself authentically while joining a new school, and best practices for taking care of yourself in the next four years.
